Method
- Cut the baby corn into small pieces and boil in half a cup of water.
- When it cools down, blend the baby corn pieces in a blender.
- Heat a pan, add butter and fry the maida in it.
- Add the crushed baby corn.
- Add 1 cup water and milk and keep stirring and let is cook for 3-4 mins.
- Add salt and black pepper powder and serve hot.

200 gms. babycorn
1 cup milk
4 tbsp. flour (maida)
2 tbsp. butter
Salt and black pepper powder to taste
