Method
Cut the brinjals into 1 cm. round slices.
Apply the ground masala on both sides and fry in oil to a golden brown.
Serve hot with a little mint chutney on top.

½ tsp. sugar
Salt to taste

1 tsp. chilli powder
2 green chillies
