Method
- Mix ginger garlic paste with jeera
- Add this to the mixture of cinnamon, cardamom and nutmeg powder with chillies and coriander.
- Divide into 2 portions.
- Rub half mixture into brinjal and the other into the curds.
- Heat ghee fry brinjal on very low heat till done.
- Add curds and mix well.
- Simmer for 2 mts.
- Serve with brown rice.
