Soak the florettes in hot water mixed with 1 tsp salt for 30 mins.
Prepare batter by mixing all the ingredients(except florettes) with sufficient qty of water.Add the florettes to this mixture.
Deep fry the florettes in oil.
Serve as a side dish.
