To Marinade:
3/4 cup - low fat yoghurt
1/2 tsp - finely chopped ginger
1/2 tsp - minced garlic
1/4 tsp - powdered kasoori methi (fenugreek)
2 pinches - turmeric powder
1/4 tsp - freshly ground pepper
1/2 tsp - red chilli powder
2 pinches - garam masala
2 pinches - tandoori masala
1 - lemon juice
1/2 tsp - coriander powder
salt to taste
