Method
  1. Cook all the ingredients except oil and coconut milk.
  2. Heat oil in a pan, temper mustard seeds, add curry leaves and add the cooked chow chow along with coconut milk.
  3. Serve with chappathi or rice.

Ingredients:
2 - chow chow
1 big - onion (sliced)
1 - tomato (sliced)
3 - green chillies (sliced)
2/3 cloves - garlic
Curry leaves, a few
1 cup - coconut milk
1/4 tsp - tumeric powder
1 tbsp - oil
1 tsp - mustard seeds
Salt to taste
