Method
  1. Heat oil in a pan, add onions saute for a while.
  2. Add fresh methi, cook for a good 5 minutes till you discover the methi aroma.
  3. Add garlic to it followed by red chiili powder.
  4. Add 1 cup of water and cook.
  5. Add corn and cook till it thickens.
  6. Finally, add fresh cream and cook on a low flame.
  7. Add salt to taste and garam masala
  8. Serve with hot chappatis.
Ingredients:
1 cup - mashed, boiled corn 3 bunches - fresh methi
2 tsp - garlic cloves, crushed
1/2 tsp - red chilli powder
1 - onion, chopped
1 cup - fresh cream
1/2 tsp - garam masala
2-3 tsp - oil
Salt to taste
