Method
Clean and cut tomatoes, chop onions, carrots and turnips.
Now take vessel add vegetables to it and add seasoning, stock and cover it with a lid and cook till all vegetables are tender.
Then strain the puree through a sieve.
Take another vessel, heat on medium flame and add milk, flour and butter.
Mix well for 5 min and remove from heat.
Then slowly add the puree and reheat again for 5 min.
If required add seasoning again and serve hot garnished with parsley and fried bread cubes.

250g - tomatoes
115g - carrots
30g - turnips
30g - onions
30g - butter
30g - refined flour
300ml - milk
750ml - Vegetable stock
