Cream of tomato soup

Method
  1. Clean and cut tomatoes, chop onions, carrots and turnips.
  2. Now take vessel add vegetables to it and add seasoning, stock and cover it with a lid and cook till all vegetables are tender.
  3. Then strain the puree through a sieve.
  4. Take another vessel, heat on medium flame and add milk, flour and butter.
  5. Mix well for 5 min and remove from heat.
  6. Then slowly add the puree and reheat again for 5 min.
  7. If required add seasoning again and serve hot garnished with parsley and fried bread cubes.
Ingredients:
250g - tomatoes
115g - carrots
30g - turnips
30g - onions
30g - butter
30g - refined flour
300ml - milk
750ml - Vegetable stock
Pepper, a pinch
Salt to taste
