Method
  1. Remove the top part and cut it into 4 parts (not completely to pieces).

  2. Marinate it with above ingredients and keep aside for 10 mins.

  3. Then sprinkle gramflour and mix it properly.

  4. Deep fry those Okra.

Serve hot.You can serve this as a side dish. This delicious dish is ready in no time.

Ingredients:
1/2 kg bhendi
2 tsp gram flour

Marinate:

1/2 lime
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1/4 tsp coriander powder
1/4 tsp cumin powder
salt by taste
3-4 tablespoon oil for deep frying
