Method- Mix all ingredients and add 1 tbsp. oil and water to make a stiff dough.
- Make equal lemon-sized balls.
- Roll out each to 10 cm. circles and fry on a griddle, applying a little oil to the griddle.
- Make all and keep warm till ready to serve.

3 cups whole wheat flour
1 cup coriander leaves, chopped
1/2 tsp. turmeric powder
1/2 tsp. cumin seeds
Oil
Salt to taste
