Method
- Cut the washed drumsticks in 2 1/2inches size.
- Then blanch them till they become tender.
- Drain them. Now mix rest of the ingredients and roll the drumsticks in it so that they are coated with the mixture.
- In a pan heat some oil and shallow fry them till golden brown.
- Serve hot.
Ingredients:
5 - drumsticks
rice flour
turmeric powder
asafetida
chilly powder
cumin & coriander powder
salt (all as per taste)
pinch of sugar
oil for shallow frying
