Gobi Curry and Mustard Potatoes

Method

  1. Take all together the green chillies, ginger, garlic, mustard seeds, haldi, salt, chilli powder and 1 tbsp mustard oil and make fine paste.

  2. Keep potatoes in this pate for 10 minutes. Heat a pan and fry these potatoes for 5-10 minutes on low heat.

  3. Garnish with chopped tomatoes and coriander leaves.

Ingredients:
250 gms. small Potatoes
2 Green Chillies
2 piece Ginger
5 cloves Garlic
1/2 tbsp Mustard seeds
1/2 tbsp Haldi Powder
1/2 tbsp Chilli Powder
1/2 tbsp. Salt
2 tbsp Mustard Oil.

For Garnishing : 1 Tomato Ring - chopped, little Coriander leaves - chopped.
