Fry one chopped onion in little oil and fry the ground masala and cook the
cauliflower and potatoes in the masala.
Add 2 big chopped tomatoes. Cook the above 4-5 minutes.
That's it, Garnish with chopped coriander leaves. Serve hot with Chapathis or puris and also with rice.
1/2 kg Gobi flowerettes and 2 Potatoes

6-8 Garlic flakes
3/4th inch ginger
1/2 scraped Coconut.
