Gobi Curry and Mustard Potatoes

Method

  1. Fry one chopped onion in little oil and fry the ground masala and cook the cauliflower and potatoes in the masala.

  2. Add 2 big chopped tomatoes. Cook the above 4-5 minutes.

That's it, Garnish with chopped coriander leaves. Serve hot with Chapathis or puris and also with rice.

Ingredients:
Gobi Curry:

1/2 kg Gobi flowerettes and 2 Potatoes

To Grind :

8 Red short chillies
6-8 Garlic flakes
3/4th inch ginger
Turmeric Powder
1/2 scraped Coconut.
