Grilled Paneer and Brinjal

Method
  1. Crush coriander, cumin, pepper and red chili together. Mix with salt.
  2. Cut paneer into 4 slices.
  3. Cut Brinjal into 2 cm thick slices.
  4. Place paneer and brijal in a bowl.
  5. Toss with crushed spice mixture. . Marinate for � hour.
  6. Brush with olive oil and grill on both sides till light brown.
  7. Serve hot with Roti or pita bread, accompanied by chutney.
Ingredients:
low fat paneer - 200 gm
large eggplant - 1, about 250 gm
coriander seeds - 1 tbsp
cumin seeds - 2 tsp
black pepper corn - 1 tsp
dry red chilli - 1
whole wheat roti or pita bread to serve
olive oil to brush
lime juice to taste
salt to taste
