Lemon grass & macaroot corn patties

  1. Chop the corn kernels roughly.
  2. Add the chopped lemon grass and macaroot leaves.
  3. Add all the ingredients and make a mixture.
  4. Make a patty of 3 cm in diameter.
  5. Deep fry and serve hot.
300 gms. Shelled corn kernels
20 gms. Roasted red chilli paste
5 gms. Lemon grasss shoot, chopped
5 gms. Macaroot leaves, chopped
20 gms. Corn flour
75 gms. Potatoes, boiled and mashed
Oil for frying
10 gms. Ginger, chopped
10 gms. Garli, chopped
20 gms. Onions, chopped
Salt to taste
A pinch of ajinomoto
