Method
  1. Heat oil. Add cumin seeds.
  2. Add rice and peas and salt. Stir fry.
  3. Add 4 cups hot water and cook covered till done.
Ingredients:
1&1/2 cups basmati rice, washed, drained
1 tsp. cumin seeds
1 cup peas
2 tbsp. oil
Salt to taste
