Method
- Peel the skin of chayote squash.
- Chop all the veggies.
- Pressure cook them with rest of the ingredient and water for 3 whistles.
- Do the seasoning and add it to the mixture.
- Serve with hot rice or rotis.
Note: Make sure you add the right amount of water. About 1.5 to 2 cups should be sufficient.
