Method
- Grind the roasted peanuts and keep aside.
- Cut capsicum and onion in thin elongated pieces.
- Heat oil in pan and put cumin seeds. Let it splutter.
- Put capsicum and fry it well.
- Then add onion and fry it too.
- Add ed chilli powder, garam masala, cummin pwder, coriander powder, turmeric, salt and sugar.
- Mix well and let it cook.
- Add roasted peanuts and let it cook for 5 mins.
- Garnish it with coriander leaves (optional).
- It can be eaten with rotis and naans.

1 - small onion
2 tbsp - roasted peanuts
coriander powder
cumin powder
cumin seeds
sugar
turmeric powder
garam masala
red chilli powder
oil
salt to taste
