Paneer Lababdaar
Method
  1. Heat oil, add whole spices and temper, add ginger-garlic paste and saute.
  2. Add the tomato puree alongwith the cashew nut paste (kaju magajtari), cook till you see bubbles on the surface.
  3. Add the dry powder spices. Add the paneer chunks alongwith cream and cook for 5 mins.
  4. Serve with garnish of fresh coriander leaves and grated paneer.
Ingredients:
Paneer - 100 gms
Tomato whole - 250 gms
Cashew nut paste - 25 gms
Fried onion paste - 10 gms
Oil - 10 ml
Whole jeera - 2 gms
Cinnamon stick - 1
Cloves - 2-3
Green cardamoms - 2
Black cardamom - 1
Green chillies - 10 gms
Ginger-garlic paste - 10 gms
reshampatti mirch - 3
Salt to taste
Red chilli powder - 2 gms
Dhania powder - 2 gms
Jeera powder - 2 gms
Garam masala powder - 1 gms
Kasuri methi - 2 gms
