Method
- Wash, peel and cut the peaches into cubes.
- Pour oil in a pan. Heat oil and add mustard seeds.
- After mustard seeds start to splutter, add peach pieces.
- After 2 minutes, add 1 cup of water.
- After boiling for 5 minutes, add salt, rasam powder, and brown sugar.
- Let boil for another 10 minutes.
Note:
- This recipe could be used as a nice side dish, complimenting chappati, poori, or any kind of roti.
- It could also be mixed in with rice.
- Can do this with raw mangoes.
