Method
- Pre-heat 3 tsp of oil in a pan. Add bayleaf, saunf, cardamom and cinnamon sticks. Fry for a minute.
- Now, add onion and garlic cloves. Fry well till both turns golden brown. Add tomato and fry for a minute.
- Add peas, 1 cup of water and salt. Allow the contents to boil well till the peas get cooked.
- Now, add cooked potatoes. Mix well.
- Grind 1/4 cup coconut with green chillies and add it to the contents in the pan.
- Mix well and cook on medium heat for another 10 minutes.
- Switch off the stove. Wait for few minutes and finally add coconut milk. Mix the contents well.
- Garnish with coriander.
- Serve hot with any paratha/rice.

1 cup - water
