Method
- Wash and drain peels.
- Heat oil in a pan, add peels, stir fry for 2 minutes.
- Take off fire, cool.
- Place peels with oil in a small mixie.
- Add all other ingredients, grind to a smooth chutney.
- Adjust salt, chilli, as per taste.
- Add a dash of sugar if desired.
- Serve as a novel accompaniment to bhajias, etc.
- May also be used as sandwich chutney.

Makes: 3/4 cup chutney
