Method
- Wash brinjal cut as a packet.
- Fill tomato pickle inside the packet one tsp in each seal the packet with gram flour coatings.
- Place these in a air tight container and pressure cook it with 3 whistles.
- One may add dry veggies inside the brinjal packet.
- After pressure cooking take out the container brinjals are ready to serve with curd.
Ingredients:
4 - medium sized brinjals
5 tsp - tomato pickle
2 tsp - gram flour for coating batter
