Method
  1. Wash brinjal cut as a packet.
  2. Fill tomato pickle inside the packet one tsp in each seal the packet with gram flour coatings.
  3. Place these in a air tight container and pressure cook it with 3 whistles.
  4. One may add dry veggies inside the brinjal packet.
  5. After pressure cooking take out the container brinjals are ready to serve with curd.
Ingredients:
4 - medium sized brinjals
5 tsp - tomato pickle
2 tsp - gram flour for coating batter
