Method
  1. Mix all ingredients for batter and add water. Keep Stirring until its smooth.
  2. Do not make it too thin, otherwise, it will not stick to the Tofu.
  3. Grind all ingredients for filling.
  4. Cut Tofu in really thin rectangular slices.
  5. Heat oil on medium heat.
  6. Take a slice, spread a little bit of filling, and put another slice on top like a sandwich.
  7. Now, dip it in the batter and fry it on medium heat for appx. 2 - 3 minutes.
  8. Take it out, cut it in half in the middle.
  9. Serve it while hot with Ketchup or plain yogurt.

Ingredients:
Tofu (Extra Firm) - 1 pk.
Oil to fry

For Batter:
Gram Flour - 1 1/2 cup
Yogurt - 2 tbsp.
Red Chilli Powder - 1 tsp.
Ajwain - 1 tsp.
Dry Methi Leaves - 1 tsp.
Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp.
Salt - 1 1/2 tsp. Or to taste

For Filling:
Green Mint Leaves - 1 cup
Lemon Juice - 1 tbsp.
Salt - 1/4 tsp. or to taste
