Method
- Clean valappu, cut it and clean keerai.
- Soak paruppu in water for 2 hrs.
- Boil valappu,keerai,paruppu for 15 mins.
- When they are fully cooked keep aside
- Add oil in a kadai and put mustard in it.
- When it splutters add red chillies, onions and stir for a minute .
- Then add the boiled valappu etc and sauté for 2 mins.
- Add grated coconut and serve hot.
Note :
This recipie is good for anaemic women.
