Method
  1. Heat oil, add mustard seeds, leave it to splutter.
  2. Then add cumin seeds, curry leaves, onions, garlic and saute till it is fried well
  3. Add the veggies and fry for 3-5 mins.
  4. Add salt, turmeric powder, chilli and coriander powder.
  5. Add water let all the ingredients combine and leave it till all the veggies get cooked.
  6. Now add extracted tamarind juice and allow it to boil well till raw smell of tamarind goes and veggies are soft.
  7. Add garam masala, coconut milk cook in low heat for 3-5mins.
  8. Garnish with Coriander leaves

Note: Dont overcook after the coconut milk is added

1 - drumstick
1 - potato
1- carrot
1 - peas/beans
2 - small Onions
7 cloves - garic
1/2 cup thick - coconut milk
2 tbsp - tamarind juice extracted
1 tsp - turmeric powder
1 tsp - garam masala
1 tsp - chilli powder
1 tsp - coriander powder
1 tbsp - oil
Cumin seeds, a pinch
1/2 tsp - mustard seems
10 - curry leaves
Coriander leaves to garnish
Salt to taste
