Method
  1. Mix all the vegetable together in a salad bowl. Add salt and pepper.
  2. Mix the sauce ingredients and pour into the mixed vegetable and toss well.
  3. Chill before serving.

Ingredients:
3 cucumbers, peeled and sliced
250 gms. shredded cabbage
4 red radishes, shredded
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste

For the sauce:
4 tbsp powdered sugar
1 tbsp soya sauce
3 tbsp vinegar
