Vegetables in garlic sauce

Method
  1. Boil all the vegetables in water for about 8-10 mins till they become soft.
  2. Care should be taken so that the vegetables should not be too soft and not mashed.
  3. Drain water and keep aside.
  4. Heat oil in a container and dash the chopped garlic cloves into it.
  5. It will emit a nice essence.
  6. Dash the vegetables which was boiled previously.
  7. Add 1/2 cup of water into it.
  8. Mix corn flour in required quantity with 50 ml. of water and add to the mixture.
  9. Sprinkle black pepper over it.
  10. Remove the content to a serving bowl.
  11. This dish is best served with bread.

Ingredients:
4 pieces - carrot, approximately 150 gms. weight chopped into medium size
1 medium sized - broccoli, chopped into smaller pieces
2 pieces - radish, chopped into medium pieces
3 medium sized- capsicum, diced into small cubes
3-4 pcs - spring onion, chopped into smaller pieces, only the white part
3 medium sized - tomatoes, chopped into smaller pieces
3 tsp - black pepper
4 cloves - garlic chopped into pieces)
1/2 tsp - corn flour
