Method
Cut the yellow pumpkin into small pieces.
Heat oil in a kadai.
Add the mustard seeds and allow it to splutter.
Add the dry chillies and asafoetida.
Add the yellow pumpkin and cook for 3-4 minutes.
Add the jaggery, coconut and salt.
Serve hot with rice and sambar.
