Method
Chop raw bananas and yam into 1 inch rectangular slices.
Fry them in a teaspoon of coconut oil.
Grind black pepper and half a coconut with water and add to the vegetables.
Add salt.
Let it simmer for 10 - 15 minutes.
Switch off the stove.
Temper with mustard seeds and curry leaves in a little coconut oil.
Fry the remaining coconut in coconut oil and add to the recipe.
Have it with hot rice.
Ingredients:
2 - raw bananas
1 - yam
1 - coconut (big)
1 tsp - black pepper
2 tsp - coconut oil
