Method
Clean, string and cut each bean into 3 pieces.
Steam till tender.
Mix gram flour, salt and 5 gm green chillies.
Knead with water to stiff dough.
Make coin-sized, flat roundels.
Heat oil in hot pan.
Add garlic, green chillies and beans.
Sprinkle ajwain and salt.
Fry dhoklis for 5 minutes.
Add water as required to form thick, saucy gravy.
Serve hot, garnished with coriander.

150 g - gavar (cluster beans)
50 g - oil
20 g - green chillies, finely chopped
50 g - besan (gram flour)
25 g - coriander leaves, chopped

10 g - garlic, chopped
salt to taste
