Method
  1. Clean, string and cut each bean into 3 pieces.
  2. Steam till tender.
  3. Mix gram flour, salt and 5 gm green chillies.
  4. Knead with water to stiff dough.
  5. Make coin-sized, flat roundels.
  6. Heat oil in hot pan.
  7. Add garlic, green chillies and beans.
  8. Sprinkle ajwain and salt.
  9. Fry dhoklis for 5 minutes.
  10. Add water as required to form thick, saucy gravy.
  11. Serve hot, garnished with coriander.
Ingredients:
150 g - gavar (cluster beans)
50 g - oil
20 g - green chillies, finely chopped
50 g - besan (gram flour)
25 g - coriander leaves, chopped
10 g - ajwain
10 g - garlic, chopped
salt to taste
