Green Curry (Pachcha Kolambu)

Method
  1. Cook the tuwar dal along with the vegetables mentioned above.
  2. Grind the above things with water .
  3. Heat the pan with little water and add the tamarind paste to that.
  4. After adding the tamarind paste,cut the tomatoes into small pieces and add it to that..
  5. Once the tuwar dal is cooked,add the tuwar dal also to the tamaring water.
  6. In the last add the ground mixture to the cooked dal .
  7. Add salt and boil.
  8. For garnishing u can add the curry leaves (optional)
Ingredients:
beans
cabbage
carrot
peas
tamarind paste
tomatoes
salt to taste

For Grinding:
grated raw coconut
litlle jeera - 1/4 tbsp
turmeric - 1/4 tbsp
mustard - 1/4 tbsp
green chillies - 5 to 6
coriander leaves - 1 bunch
