Method
- Cook green beans with some salt and water; Keep aside.
- Grind coconut, green chilies and jeera to a smooth paste with some water.
- Add the paste to the cooked veggies and boil well.
- Add tamarind paste and some salt if required.
- Mix well and boil for a couple of more minutes.
- Temper with mustard seeds, hing and curry leaves.
- Serve hot with rice and enjoi!
