Method
  1. Heat oil in a kadai. Add heeng and jeera. Allow it to splutter.
  2. Add all vegetables and fry on high flame for sometime.
  3. Don't fry it deeply, the colour of vegetable should remain the same.
  4. Now add haldi and salt and cover it for 5 minutes on low heat.
  5. Open it and add garam masala powder.
  6. Be careful, it should not be overcooked.
  7. Remove from heat and sprinkle coriander leaves for garnishing.
Ingredients:
1 - cabbage, cut into thin long pieces
1/2 cup beans, cut into 1/2 inch pieces
1/2 cup carrot, cut into long 1/2 inch pieces
1/2 cup - peas
1/2 tsp - heeng
1/2 tsp - jeera
1/2 tsp - haldi
1 tsp - garam masala powder
3 to 4 - green chillies, cut into small pieces
2 tbsp - oil
salt to taste
