250 g - finely chopped patta gobi (cabbage)
2 - green chillies (finely chopped)
8 to 10 - french beans (finely chopped)
1 - medium sized carrot (finely chopped)
3 - medium sized tomatoes (made into a puree)
1 tsp - cumin seeds
� tsp - mustard seeds
1 � tsp - coriander powder
1 tsp - red chilli powder
� tsp - turmeric powder
handful of green peas
finely chopped coriander leaves (to garnish)
3 to 4 tbsp - oil
salt to taste
