Method
  1. Mix leftover rajma subji with chillies, onions and tomato.
  2. Grind to paste.
  3. Take the above mixture in a bowl.
  4. Take water in another bowl. Dip bread pieces in water, squeeze out excess water from it and keep aside.
  5. Add mashed potatoes, bread pieces to rajma paste.
  6. Keep adding wheat flour until smooth dough forms.
  7. Make small balls out of mixture and pat them to make flat.
  8. Take oil in a pan and deep/shallow fry it one by one according to your taste and keep aside.
  9. Serve it hot with green chutney or ketchup.

Note:
You can even add vegetables (peas, french beans, carrots, cabbage etc.) of your choice to this pattice with potato to make it healthier.

Ingredients:
1 cup - leftover rajma / kidney beans sabji
1 cup - oil, if deep frying (you can use 1/2 tbsp - oil if you are health conscious and want to shallow fry pattices)
1 - onion, small (cut into fine pieces)
1 - tomato, small (cut into fine pieces)
2 to 3 - green chilli, according to taste (cut into fine pieces)
4 - bread pieces
4 - potato, big (boiled, peeled and mashed)
wheat flour as per requirement
