1 tsp - ginger garlic paste
4 - medium sized tomatoes (finely chopped)
2 tsp - coriander powder
2 tsp - red chilli powder
1/2 tsp - turmeric powder
3 cups - water
finely chopped coriander leaves (to garnish)
5 to 6 tbsp - oil
3 - cloves
1 tbsp - curds
salt to taste
