Method
  1. Cut all the vegetables.
  2. Add turmeric powder and water cookthe dal .
  3. After some time add a cup of water and all the vegetables.
  4. After 10 mins add salt garnish with cummin seeds and coriander and curry leaves.
Ingredients:
yellow moong dal-half cup
turmeric powder haf t sp
onion-1 no
tomato-2
green chilli 2
garlic 5 pods
beans 1cup
carrot 1 cup
lemon juice 1 spoon
salt to taste
coriander leaves to garnish
cummin and curry leaves
