Bitter Gourd Curry

Method
  1. Cut the bitter gourd into small pieces.
  2. Boil in water and drain.
  3. Heat oil in a kadai and saute the onions.
  4. Add the tomatoes, chilli powder and salt and cook for 2 minutes.
  5. Add the boiled bitter gourd and cook for another 2 minutes.
  6. Serve hot with rice.

4 - bitter gourd
1 cup - finely chopped onion
1/2 cup - finely chopped tomato
1 tsp - chilli powder
salt to taste
oil to fry
