Method
  1. Cut the vegetables to small pieces in cubic size and after proper washing, put it in a pressure cooker with requisite salt along with water.
  2. Please ensure that the water level is just below the level of vegetables.
  3. Put the stove in SIM and allow one whistle if it is long or two short whistles.
  4. Bring it down and let the steam be released naturally. Do not force the steam.
  5. Then put two tsp mustard oil and put red chilli, zeera and mustard.
  6. Once the mustard and zeera are roasted, put the boiled vegetables and keep it on the stove for 10 minutes and then bring it down.
Ingredients:
150 g - karela(bitter gourd)
250 g - pumpkin
200 g - arbi
2 - medium potatoes
2 - medium brinjals
2 - red chilli saboot
1/4 tsp - mustard
1/4 tsp - zeera
salt as required
