Method
- Cut the vegetables to small pieces in cubic size and after proper washing, put it in a pressure cooker with requisite salt along with water.
- Please ensure that the water level is just below the level of vegetables.
- Put the stove in SIM and allow one whistle if it is long or two short whistles.
- Bring it down and let the steam be released naturally. Do not force the steam.
- Then put two tsp mustard oil and put red chilli, zeera and mustard.
- Once the mustard and zeera are roasted, put the boiled vegetables and keep it on the stove for 10 minutes and then bring it down.
Ingredients:
150 g - karela(bitter gourd)
250 g - pumpkin
200 g - arbi
2 - medium potatoes
2 - medium brinjals
2 - red chilli saboot
1/4 tsp - mustard
1/4 tsp - zeera
salt as required
