Instant bitter gourd pickle
Method
- Cut the bitter gourd into thin long pieces.
- Cut the green chillies into straight thin pieces.
- In a pan, boil 1 cup water, add bitter gourd, salt, turmeric powder and green chillies
- Cook till the water evaporates.
- Let it cool. Add lemon juice.
- Pickle is ready

2 - bitter gourd
4 - lemon
salt to taste
1 tsp - turmeric powder
10 - green chilli
