Method
- Slit the mirchi from side and remove the seeds
- Heat oil in the pan roast together the peanut powder nariyal and salt
- Stuff mirchi with this
- Take another pan heat oil when the oil is heated switch off the gas put in the stuff mirchi and cover with lid
- Take a plate place the stuffed mirchi sprinkle curd and chaat masala
- Enjoy it
Ingredients:
250g - long green capsicum
2 tbsp - roasted peanut powder
2 tbsp - grated fresh nariyal
Salt as per taste
2 tsp - chaat masala
Oil for cooking
100g - curd
