Method
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Fry the veggies for 5 minutes (sprinkle salt while frying) till they become tender.
- Dip bread pieces in water and take them out immediately.
- Squeeze out excess water and mix the bread with the veggies and other spice powders to form a dough.
- Shape them into small cutlets and shallow fry in 2-3 tsp of oil till golden brown on both sides.
