Method
- Wash the carrots and grate them finely.
- Place the kadai and add 3 tbsp of ghee.
- Add the grated carrot and saute for 2 minutes.
- Then add milk and cook till the carrot is soft.
- Meanwhile soak badam in hot water for five minutes.
- Peel skin of the badam and then grind the badam and cashew in the mixer
- Add it to the carrot mixture in the kadai.
- After the carrot absorbs all the milk, add sugar and mix well.
- Finally add remaining ghee and remove from fire.

4 to 5 - fresh carrot
200 ml - milk
1 cup - sugar
6 - badam
6 - cashewnuts
7 tbsp - ghee
