Carrot Halwa

Method
  1. Wash the carrots and grate them finely.
  2. Place the kadai and add 3 tbsp of ghee.
  3. Add the grated carrot and saute for 2 minutes.
  4. Then add milk and cook till the carrot is soft.
  5. Meanwhile soak badam in hot water for five minutes.
  6. Peel skin of the badam and then grind the badam and cashew in the mixer
  7. Add it to the carrot mixture in the kadai.
  8. After the carrot absorbs all the milk, add sugar and mix well.
  9. Finally add remaining ghee and remove from fire.
Ingredients:
4 to 5 - fresh carrot
200 ml - milk
1 cup - sugar
6 - badam
6 - cashewnuts
7 tbsp - ghee
