Method
  1. Cut carrots into thin juliennes and put in a jar.
  2. Add chilli powder, mustard powder, salt and lime juice. Mix well.
  3. This can be eaten immediately and has to be consumed entirely within two to three days.
Ingredients:
1 kg - carrots
2 tsp - chilli powder
1 tsp - mustard powder
2 to 3 - juice of lemons
salt to taste
