Carrot onion raita

Method
  1. Wash and cut/grate carrots.
  2. Chop onions and green chillies and keep aside.
  3. Mix carrot, onions and curd.
  4. Heat oil in a pan/kadai, splutter mustard seeds, green chillies and curry leaves and add to the carrot.
  5. Add some salt.
  6. Carrot onion pachadi is ready to be served.
  7. It can be served along with any rice items.

Note: Carrots can be chopped into small pieces or grated.

6 - pearl onions
1 cup - curd/yoghurt
1 tsp - mustard
2 - green chillies
Curry leaves, a small quantity
Oil for frying
Salt to taste
