Ingredients:
1 - red apple, cored and chopped (do not peel)
1 - green apple, cored and chopped (do not peel)
1 cup - seedless green grapes
1 cup - seedless black grapes
1 cup - carrot, peeled and diced
1 cup - capsicum, chopped (discard seeds)
� cup - celery stalks, chopped
� cup - parsley, chopped
� cup - walnuts, chopped
� cup - cashew nuts, chopped
3 tbsp - mayonnaise
2 tbsp - yellow mustard
2 tbsp - fresh cream
salt and pepper to taste
