Method
- Soak moong dal for 1 hour and drain.
- Add all the ingredients to the dal except salt
- Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds.
- Allow it to splutter and add it to the mixture.
- Mix it well.
- Add salt just before serving.
Variation :
You can add finely chopped cucumber instead of carrot.
