Method

  1. Soak the moong in water for an hour and then boil it till it is soft and done.

  2. Boil the potato.

  3. Chop all the above ingredients in small cubicals and mix them together.

  4. Garnish it with mint, coriander and minced ginger.

  5. Refrigerate it for an hour and eat it chilled. It Tastes Good.

Ingredients:
1/2 cup Moong
1 big Potato
1 Cucumber
1 Carrot
1 Tomato
1/4 cup Green Peas
1 Beet Root
1" Ginger
1/2 cup Pineapple chunks
Few fresh Mint leaves
Few Coriander leaves
