Method
- First boil the noodles and allow it to warm then boil the vegetables separately.
- Add oil and allow it to become hot when it is ready add onion and fry.
- When it is ready, add the boiled vegetables, cook for 2 min.
- Then at last add soya sauce and keep it in the stove for 2 min.
- So that the soya sauce gets mixed with noodle.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with one piece of pepper chicken.
